Iramusu known as Hemidesmus Indicus is well known as a herbal plant to cool the body temperature.  It is sometimes called as Indian sarsaparilla.  It used to treat ulcers and some skin conditions, mild  headaches . To prepare Iramusu tea you need to add 1 tea spoon of Hemidesmus Indicus tea powder to a cup of boild water. Its better not to add sugar to keep the health benefits .
