Serendib Online Refund & Returns Policy

If you find any issue with a product we have delivered, you need to inform our customer support through the contact page information. After we review your request our customer support team will review and guide you to return sold items if the request is acceptable. Customer needs to provide necessary information including payment receipt, Order number and other information needed for the verification purpose.
Return and refund requests must send within 14 days from the date customer has received the item. Serendib Online will not accept any return requests after 14 days from the delivery date.
The Item/Product its covering and any other related manuals and items must be unused, unchanged, undamaged in order to accept a return request. Product must include all the original barcoding and other product identifications in order to return.
